These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RBLXLims.com ("Service"), operated by RBLXLIMS LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

• "Buyer" refers to any user who purchases items or currency through the Service
• "Seller" refers to any user who lists and sells items or currency through the Service
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service
• "Service" refers to the RBLXLims marketplace platform and all associated services
• "Content" refers to all information, data, text, graphics, and other materials available through the Service
• "Transaction" refers to any purchase, sale, or exchange of items or currency conducted through the Service

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.

The following fee structure applies to transactions on our platform:

• Non-Premium Accounts: 10% transaction fee on all item and currency transactions
• Premium Accounts: 7% transaction fee on all item and currency transactions
• Inactivity Fee: Accounts with positive balance will be charged $5 USD every 30 days while inactive until balance reaches zero

All fees are calculated and deducted automatically from transaction proceeds. Prices for items and currency are set by sellers, and we do not guarantee any specific pricing.

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize payment for the full transaction amount, including applicable fees
• Accept that all sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Understand that refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws

Price Limits: Items above $400 USD cannot be purchased with card processing and must be purchased using cryptocurrency.

Seller Obligations: Upon successful purchase, sellers are obligated to deliver the purchased item or currency. Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in account suspension and refund to the buyer.

Withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency using Bitcoin, USDT, or Litecoin addresses. Withdrawal limits are based on your account level:

• KYC Level 2: Unlimited withdrawals per day / $10,000 USD limit per transaction
• Premium: 2 withdrawals per day / $2,500 USD limit per transaction
• Non-Premium: 1 withdrawal per day / $800 USD limit per transaction

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take up to 48 hours to process. You are responsible for providing accurate cryptocurrency addresses.

Sellers are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security and preventing unauthorized access
• Ensuring their Roblox account is ready and able to complete transactions
• Accurately describing listed items and their condition
• Fulfilling all transaction obligations in a timely manner
• Cooperating with support staff in the event of disputes

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in account suspension, transaction cancellation, and forfeiture of funds.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Circumvention of security measures or fee structures
• Providing false or inaccurate information

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Failure to maintain account security
• Non-compliance with support staff requests
• Any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any remaining balance may be forfeited, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
